About Us

Southwest is located near the Camelback corridor in Phoenix and is locally owned. The owners, Royce Munroe and Nathan Reid, began their business relationship in 2001 during their MBA program at ASU. Both are active real estate investors and SW was started to manage their own holdings because adequate property management services were not available elsewhere.

Royce Munroe is a premier real estate professional. He has been recognized in the Phoenix Business Journal’s Top Producers list multiple times due to his vast sales experience and keen negotiation skills. Mr. Munroe is a graduate of ASU and was formerly with BF Goodrich Aerospace and Intel Corp in positions of Marketing and Management.

Nathan Reid is a CPA with extensive background in real estate and real estate development. He was personally involved in two condo conversions in the Phoenix area with a total selling value in excess of $20,000,000. Mr. Reid owns commercial and residential real estate and knows what it is like to be an owner and therefore understands the needs of the clients. Mr. Reid is a graduate of ASU and was formerly with Ernst & Young, LLP (a worldwide Big 4 accounting firm) in the Phoenix office. He has also held various financial positions with local construction and development companies

Our Broker

Lyn Hall is the designated broker for SW Realty and Property Management and a certified real estate appraiser. He has over 25 years of real estate sales experience. Also, he is a native of Arizona and therefore has significant knowledge of the submarkets in the Valley of the Sun.
