Policies
- We do not rent to convicted felons (no exceptions).
- We do not rent to tenants that have prior evictions.
- We are not able to manage property with significant deferred maintenance.
- We do not allow owners to self manage vendors or tenants while under a management agreement with us. These scenarios create communication issues that have proven to be problematic in the past.
- While we do maintain a preferred vendor list, we do not accept kick-backs or other incentives from our vendors.
- We cannot make special exceptions regarding our monthly accounting / statement cycle. (i.e. funds are disbursed by the 15th monthly)
