Casa da Amêndoa stands at the heart of the 2-hectare estate. Surrounded by almond trees, this is an ideal place for relaxation and bird watching. The property will accommodate up to two visitors in a studio setting of 32 square meters, comprising living space with a fully equipped modern kitchen area, a large bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and bathroom with shower.
There is a climate control air conditioning, centrally located, facilitating a comfortable holiday environment all year round.
Adjacent to the terrace is a private natural sit-in pool (300 x 200 x 150 cm) for your exclusive use, offering the chance for pleasant cool-downs in the heat of the day.
Moncarapacho is proud of its church of Santo Cristo, with a beautiful doorway and painted arches. In the region, the Parque Natural da Ria Formosa is considered the most important sanctuary of wildlife in the Algarve. Its lagoons, marshes, channels and islets are abundant in shellfish such as cockles, clams and oysters and shelter, amongst other species, a variety of birds such as the cattle egret, the white stork, the purple gallinule, the red-crested pochard, etc. This natural reserve stretches along 60 kilometres (40 miles) and its rich ecosystem is ideal for the development of varied fauna and flora.
The Algarve offers an ideal year round climate as recommended by the World Health Organisation. It contains some beautiful coastal scenery and inland forests and trails. There are many blue flag beaches as well as various golf courses and recreational activities to enjoy such as tennis, scuba diving and hiking.
