Booking terms

We specify a minimum stay of 7 days in July and August. At other times of the year, the minimum stay is on request. Please consult us directly about shorter duration or custom departures.

Upon receipt of your booking you will be contacted within 24 hours. The first deposit (35% of the full amount) to be paid within 7 days of placing the booking. The balance must be paid 4 weeks before arrival. If payment is not received, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit is non-returnable.


Already paid advance payments, in case of cancellation on your part it will not be refunded. We recommend that you take out travel insurance including cancellation benefits. An invoice will be provided upon request.

We can in no case be held responsible in case of damage to or theft of personal property. Also, we accept no responsibility for personal injury. You enter our houses, grounds and swimming pools at your own risk.

Consequences arising from: war, strikes, violence, natural disasters, or-restrictive government measures and/or extraordinary circumstances attributable to third parties, already transferred down payments are also not refundable.

With booking you accept our terms and conditions.


Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. If you prefer using PayPal we will add a surcharge of 3.6% per payment.

All prices include VAT and tourist tax a €1.50 per person.


To cover damage / loss of goods belonging to one of South West properties, by you or your party, we request a deposit of 250 euros in cash on arrival. This is refundable upon your departure provided there is no loss or damage to the property.

In the case of damage or loss amounting to more than 250 euros, this may be covered by your travel insurance. In such circumstances, the 250 euros will be returned to you once your insurance company has reimbursed the property you rented with South West property management.


You enter an accommodation rented from South West Property Management at your own risk. It is advisable to take out liability insurance.

South West Property Management has no liability for damage, theft, loss of property or income that you or your party suffer during your stay on the estate. You are liable at all times for damage or loss caused by you or your party to South West estate.


The number of persons staying in any accommodation is limited by the number of beds stated in our particulars and must not be exceeded. Any variation to stated numbers may only happen in consultation with South West Property Management a charge of 15 euros per night is made for each extra bed/occupancy.

Our accommodations will not be rented to anyone under 21 years unless accompanied by an adult.


Our accommodations are thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. It may be cleaned during your stay for an additional fee of 50 euros on each occasion. Please notify us on during check in if your require additional cleaning.

Arrival from 3.00 pm

Once the booking has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation. This will include the full address of the rented accommodation.

Generally, it is possible to check in from 3.00 PM. This allows time to prepare the holiday villa/studio for your arrival. The check-in policies may be varied depending on flight arrival times. While we will always try to accommodate early and later arrivals/departures, this is dependent on preceding or subsequent bookings. We ask you to indicate your arrival time and flight number in advance and then inform you whether an earlier check in is possible.

Check in after 9.00 pm is possible for a surcharge of 30 euros that has to be paid in cash on arrival.

Departure before 10:00 am

Check out must be done before 10:00 am. Check out times may be flexible, depending upon whether there is another party booking commencing on the same day as your departure. The security deposit will be refunded at check-out if there is no damage or loss.

If your flight leaves later in the day, it may be possible to store your luggage for remainder of the day upon request.


South West Property Management will be at the rented accommodation to welcome you, show you your villa / studio, hand over the keys and run through essential details of your rented accommodation.

Payment is requested of the remaining balance and the security deposit (in cash) once you have arrived and we have checked everything is in order.
